Martin Rolon is the Principal of Strata Revolution, bringing over a decade of experience in strata management to the role. Known for his warm, professional approach and deep industry knowledge, Martin leads with a focus on transparency, trust, and tailored service. He’s committed to reshaping the strata experience through clear communication, proactive management, and long-term client relationships. Under his leadership, Strata Revolution continues to set new standards in service for communities across Sydney. In the rare moments when Martin is not working in or on his company, he loves sweating it out in the boxing ring with his mates down at his local gym and catching up with friends and family for a traditional open fire cook out at home.
Strata Manager
Melissa Warwick joined Strata Revolution 5 years ago and is a highly skilled Strata Manager with a strong background in supporting owners and communities. Known for her kindness, clarity and patience, Mel consistently goes the extra mile to help her clients. Her approach is calm, considered, and always focused on finding the best outcome for all parties. When she’s not looking after her clients and buildings, Mel loves the outdoors and enjoys keeping fit and active.
Strata Manager
Michelle Fifita has been part of the Strata Revolution team for five years and brings a wealth of expertise in strata management. Efficient, passionate and knowledgeable, she’s deeply committed to the buildings and owners she looks after. Michelle takes a proactive approach and is driven by a genuine desire to deliver great outcomes for her clients. With years working in financial and engineering services, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the company. Away from the world of strata, Michelle loves spending time with her young family and her dog Rocky.
Assistant Strata Manager
Nina Petrolo has been working with Strata Revolution since 2022 and brings a solid background in human resources and building knowledge having worked in the building industry for many years. Nina plays a key role behind the scenes managing insurances and coordinating with trades and industry specialists to ensure our projects are managed to completion, our buildings are effectively maintained, and our clients are well cared for. Her attention to detail and people-first mindset help keep everything running smoothly for our owners, tradespeople and stakeholders. Nina loves spending time with her family and relaxing with friends over a nice woodfire meal.
Compliance Coordinator
Michell Cardwell is our compliance specialist, handling fire protection and other regulatory requirements with precision. With a strong administration background, she brings clarity, purpose and warmth to every interaction. Her efficiency and friendly nature help ensure owners and stakeholders feel supported and well-informed. Michell enjoys the company of good friends and loves to socialise in her spare time.
Accounting Administrator
Belinda Murace leads our accounts team and is known for her determined work ethic and friendly, can-do attitude. She supports clients with billing and payment queries and maintains great relationships with our trades and suppliers, helping foster strong, reliable partnerships across the board. Outside the office, she loves spending time with her kids and enjoys good company, whether it's a relaxed catch-up or a team celebration. Her cheerful energy and attention to detail make her a much-loved part of the team.
Administrative Assistant
Sophia Rolon is the newest and youngest member of our admin team, balancing her university studies in Business, Finance and Economics with helping out around the office. From answering phones to keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, she brings a bright, friendly energy to everything she does. When she’s not studying or supporting the team, she loves catching up with friends, going for runs and playing soccer for her local team.
